We are looking to recruit an Operations Manager for our new specialist residential home for young adults with disabilities, based at our Alan Shearer Centre in Newcastle. The home offers longer-term accommodation for up to five people. The Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of
the day-to-day management, including outstanding service deliver, training
and development of the staff team and building upon the excellent relationships
already established with fellow professionals and regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will be highly experienced in working alongside adults with complex needs, will possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills and will have gained or be working towards a level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care for Adults Management.
